• For starters let me state that I want to be your businesses personal Excel, Access, and VBA go-to-person. That is how I approach the relationship. As such, customer support is very important. Consider me your hired gun, only when you need me, and on an hourly or project basis. 1. To start, we discuss your project in great detail; we will review your existing file(s), possibly with the help of GoToMeeting. During this conversation I will learn of the levels of experience with Excel, Access, and VBA for you and your team. I will tell you what I think your best options are, based on your unique situation and budget
• If you would like an idea of how many hours your project might take I will need for you to provide me with a detailed scope of the work you would like to have done. This usually comes after we talk about your project in great detail. Please remember, I work by the hour, or by the project.
• I work on an hourly basis, or on a project basis.
• Product support - I support my products until you stop using them. That is typically for several years at a minimum.
• The 'extras'. When you have Excel, Access, &/or VBA related questions that you can not find the answer to, call me at 714.262.6893 and I will do my best to answer those questions. They do not need to be related to any work I have done for you in the past. Of course there is no charge for this service, this is what I do, and I am here to help you in whatever way possible. Did I mention that I want to be your personal Excel, Access, VBA wizard on an as needed basis
